AMI Doduco is subject to the requirements set forth at 40 CFR Part 68. Its Facility was inspected by EPA, and it submitted an Risk Management Plan initially on June 21, 1999, and an updated RMP on June 7, 2004. The Facility's RMP Program was found to be deficient because of an inadequate management system to oversee the implementation of the RMP program elements, including process safety information, training, process hazard analysis, etc. EPA has directed it to comply with the RMP requirements.
