This is an EPA Consent Decree with Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E Gateway)(aka Mirant Delta) for Clean Air Act Section 165 & 110 violations including construction without a valid PSD permit. Payment of a Civil Penalty, injunctive relief (including reducing substantial amounts of pollution), and obtaining the proper permit(s); as well as installing additional Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) controls by way of a special mitigation project constitute the beneficial environmental results.
