On April 21, 2009, Hummel Croton, Inc. disclosed to EPA that it had failed to submit Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Form R reports for barium compounds, nitrate compounds, lead compounds, and nitric acid, for reporting years 2005, 2006, and 2007. Hummel Croton, Inc. qualified for 100% mitigation of gravity based penalties for violations eligible for the Small Business Policy.
