On October 16, 2009, EPA Region III issued Notice of Determination to Ursinus College based on self-disclosures provided by Ursinus College pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the CWA, EPCRA, and RCRA at Ursinus College located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
