This Administrative Order is issued to Clean Harbors - Aragonite for failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for trihalomethane and haloacetic acid, failure to monitor for inorganic contaminants, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to notify the public of the violations and failure to report the violations to the State.
