This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Removal Action is issued to ATK Launch Systems for the removal of all hazardous waste material at the site. Respondent shall also provide for appropriate lab-packing, or over-packing of containers or drums containing hazardous wastes and/or substances.
