Quebecor World Buffalo was inspected on October 22, 2008 and was found to have several PCB Transformers. Quebecor was found to be in violation of the PCB marking, use, and disposal regulations. Respondent filed for bankruptcy, but has agreed to pay a penalty and conduct a SEP which includes conducting one retrofill of each of 2 PCB Transformers. No complaint was issued - case was issued and settled in one consolidated action with the issuance of a CAFO executed on 12/29/2009.
