EPA contacted Respondent's TRI contact, to inquire why the company had not submitted a TRI Form R or Form A report for calendar year 2007. Subsequently, Respondent submitted the required TRI Form R report for lead for calendar year 2007 on December 9, 2008. The report was due July 1, 2008. It was 161 days late.
