A Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted at the City of Socorro Wastewater Plant on June 26, 2009. At the time of the inspection, it was determined the treatment plant was not covered under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater discharges. An administrative order was drafted to address the lack of permit coverage.
