EPA settled a CWA administrative penalty action on 6/1/10 against the J. Derenzo Company, site contractor doing earthmoving activities on a site planned for a BJ's Wholesale Club store in Waltham, Massachusetts. J Derenzo did not properly apply for a federal construction stormwater general permit and failed to prepare a full and adequate Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the site. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $6,100.
