This Administrative Order is issued to the Montana Department of Environmental Quality for violations at the Bitterroot Gateway Mobile Home Park. These violations include failure to monitor for combined radium at wells #1 and #2, failure to monitor for gross alpha at wells #1 and #2, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure tomonitor for inorganic chemicals, failure to notify the public of the violations and failure to report the violations to the State.
