Horvaths Mobile Home Park was required to prepare and submit their calendar years 2007 & 2008 CCRs and Certification by June 30 2007 and 2008, but did not. They are required to prepare and submit their 2007 & 2008 CCRs and Certifications in order to be returned to compliance, as required by SDWA.
