On February 3, 2010, EPA Region III issued Notice of Determination to Seton Hill University based on self-disclosures provided by Seton Hill University pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the CWA, EPCRA, and RCRA at Seton Hill University located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
