This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to Nu-Metal Finishing. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit and (2) open containers. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $5200.
