A stormwater compliance inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department on December 9, 2009, to determine compliance with the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges. It was determined that the Spotted Owl Timber, Inc., was operating without permit coverage and had not developed and implemented a Stormewater Pollution Prevention Plan. An administrative order was drafted and routed for signature.
