This settlement concerns the T. H. Agriculture & Nutrition Superfund site located at 7183 McKinley Ave., Fresno, California. In response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the Site, EPA undertook response actions at the Site pursuant to Section 104 of CERCLA. This settlement requires the respondents to pay EPA for these response costs.
