This administrative order on consent is between US EPA and The Boeing Company (respondent). This order requires the respondent to grant EPA and its authorized representative entry and access to the Santa Susana Field Laboratory (SSFL) located in Venture County, California, for the purpose of taking an investigation of radiological contamination in SSFL, Area IV and the adjacent norther buffer zone of SSFL.
