This Unilateral Administrative Order is issued pursuant to the authority vested in the President of the United States by Section 106(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. This Order pertains to property located at 2120 15th Place, in Phoenix, Arizona. This Order requires the Respondents to conduct removal actions described herein to abate an imminent and substantial endangerment to public health or welfare or the environment that may be presented by the actual or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the Site.
