This Combined Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to the Roman Catholic Bishop of Great Falls and the St. Labre Indian School Educational Association for violations concerning the Pretty Eagle School. These violations include failure to timely submit Discharge Monitoring Reports and failure to conduct and/or maintain inspection records.
