The Respondent failed to comply with the monthly average concentration limit of 100 parts per million (ppm) for total hydrocarbons in the exit gas from the sewage sludge incinerator stack during the months of December 2008 (with the result of 287.36 ppm), January 2009 (with the result of 140.35 ppm) and August 2009 (with the result of 113.85 ppm).
