Upper Perkiomen School District, located in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, failed to maintain copies of updated asbestos management plans in schools, and failed to provide annual notification of the plans to parents, teachers, and employee organizations. The District spent the required funds to return to compliance with AHERA regulations.
