Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on April 8, 2009, and September 24, 2009. During the inspections the EPA observed where the facility had discharged oil field brine to a tributary of Wolf Creek.
