EPA issued an Administrative Compliance Order (ACO)for failure to comply with the effluent limits and to provide adequate operation and maintenance to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Respondent failed to comply with the ACO, and on January 22, 2010 EPA issued a Show Cause Order to comply with the Ordered Provisions under the ACO. Both parties agreed to issue another Order implementing the Compliance Schedule submitted by the Respondent.
