This Order for Compliance is issued to Peter and Bonnie Moore, owners and operators of the Grasslands Mobile Home Park, for failure to comply with the pathogen and vector attraction reduction, application rate, and recordkeeping regulations pertaining to the land disposal of domestic septage at the Grasslands Mobile Home Park.
