This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to the Blackfeet Utilities Commission for a loss of water pressure in the Bedrock Water System. EPA recognizes that vandalism, and not any negligence on the part of the Tribe, has created this condition. This order is intended to ensure that, as repairs are made to the Bedrock Water System and service is restored, the water reaching customers is safe to drink.
