This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 312 of EPCRA Go Daddy.com, Inc. The violations involve the Respondent's failure to submit annual chemical inventories for three facilities for one year (2008) by March 1, 2009 to the LEPC, and the SERC. The violations were disclosed in by the company under the Audit Policy. The Complaint / Consent Agreement establishes that Respondent is eligible for 100% mitigation of the penalty under the terms of the audit policy conditions. The violations have been corrected.
