Respondent operates a Waste hauling facility where its garbage trucks are serviced and fueled on an approximately 2-3 acre site. The facility does not have coverage under the Multi Sector General Permit. Respondent also constructed its site and an adjacent County Waste facility without obtaining coverage under the Construction General Permit.
