This Administrative Order is issued to Boyd Potts, owner of the B&K Mobile Home Park for failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to prepare and deliver an annual Consumer Confidence Report for calendar year 2006, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
