Respondent shall comply with the condition set forth in Attachment I to this ORDER instead of the condition in Part I.A Special Condition 7.g. of the NPDES permit issued to the permittee on September 30, 2009. All other requirements and conditions of that permit will remain fully effective and enforceable.
