A stormwater compliance inspections was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) on February 11, 2010, to determine compliance with the Stormwater Multi-Sector General Permit. Deficiencies noted during the inspection were failure to conduct inspections, failure to develop an adequate Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and failure to maintain Best Management Practices. An administrative order was drafted to address those deficiencies.
