stormwater compliance inspection was conducted July 13, 2010, by the New Mexico Environment Department, at the construction site of Alexander Gusdorf Eco-Park in the Town of Taos, NM, to determine compliance with the Stormwater Construction General Permit. It was determined that the Town of Taos had failed to submit a Notice of Intent for permit coverage and did not have a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. An Expedited Settlement Offer was extended to quickly settle the issues and collect a penalty for the violations.
