On June 29, 2006, EPA Region III issued an admnistrative complaint to New Market Poultry Products, ( New Market ), seeking a total penalty of $123,491.00 for violation of Secton 103(a) of CERCLA, Sections 304(b), 304(c) and 312 of EPCRA. New Market is a Virginia corporation which operates a poultry processing plant in New Market, Virginia.
