The Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (Settlement Agreement) requires the Settling Parties to performance of a remedial investigation/feasibility study to determine the final groundwater remedy for on-Site groundwater contamination at the Evor Phillips Leasing Company Superfund Site (ÂSiteÂ) located in Old Bridge Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey. The Settlement Agreement also requires the Settling Parties to reimburse EPA for all Future Response Costs incurred by EPA in overseeing and/or enforcing the Settlement Agreement.
