On September 29, 2010, EPA signed a Super Consent Agreement and accompanying Final Order (SuperCAFO) with Todd R. Shearer AG and Landscaping Commodities for violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements. Todd R. Shearer AG and Landscaping Commodities failed to submit their Annual Pesticide Production report by the March 1st, 2010 deadline for their pesticide-production facility located in Carlton Pennsylvania. As a result, Todd R. Shearer AG and Landscaping Commodities was assessed a penalty as part of their settlement agreement. All issues addressed in the SuperCAFO have been resolved
