Inspection revealed that facility injects vehicle service bay wastes into two drywells that are Class V injection wells. The injection wells are being operated without authorization by rule or permit. EPA seeks to have Respondent submit a Remediation Plan, properly remediate the injection wells to remove any and all contamination and cease the injection of contaminated fluids.
