Respondent failed to comply with Worker Protection Standards found at 40 C.F.R Part 170. Specifically, Respondent failed to display required information of pesticide applications for workers and the handler; failed to display pesticide safety information and emergency medical care information for workers and the handler; failed to provide decontamination supplies to workers and the handler; failed to comply with handler personal protective equipment requirements; and, failed to follow pesticide label-specific requirements for the disposal of one container. The violations of Worker Protection Standards found at 40 C.F.R Part 170 constitute uses of a registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G).
