This Simultaneous Commencement and Conclusion and Final Order is issued to the Town of Rock River for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of an Administrative Compliance Order issued 6/18/2009. The Administrative Order was issued to the Town of Rock River for failure to monitor for haloacetic acids, failure to monitor for disinfection byproducts, failure to maintain a minimum residual disinfectant concentration, failure to timely submit monitoring results and failure to notify EPA and the public of the violations.
