Respondents distributed and/or sold pesticide products with composition that differs from the composition described in the statement required in connection with its registration under Section 3 of FIFRA in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(C)of FIFRA and with labeling that excludes required precautionary statements which may be necessary and if complied with together with any requirements under Section 3(d) of FIFRA, is adequate to protect health and the environment in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA.
