Respondent is a permitted MS4 in Riverhead, NY. An MS4 Audit was conducted from August 24 - 26, 2010 and identified the Respondent was not complying with certain terms and conditions of the NYSDEC MS4 General Permit. Permit violations include failure to develop, track and report progress of measureable goals, submit annual reports on time, implement certain BMPs at municipal facilities, develop written procedures for SWPPP review and construction site inspections, and maintain an inventory of active construction sites within the Town. An Administrative Order is being issued to order the facility to comply with Permit conditions.
