On December 29, 2010, Region I issued an Immediate Compliance Order under Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act. The Respondent was cited under the Asbestos NESHAP for failing to provide EPA with notification of a demolition or renovation at least ten days before work began. C. L. Vinagro Corporation of Johnston, Rhode Island failed to provide EPA with notification of the demolition of a former funeral home in Pawtucket. The order requires the Respondent to immediately comply with the Asbestos NESHAP.
