On December 29, 2010, Region I issued an Immediate Compliance Order under Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act to the Lodge at Shelburne Bay Real Estate, LLC of Shelburne, VT for failing to provide EPA with notification of the demolition of a Ponderosa located at 2522 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, VT. The Respondent was cited under the Asbestos NESHAP for failing to provide EPA with notification of a demolition or renovation at least ten days before work began. The order requires the Respondent to immediately comply with the Asbestos NESHAP.
