On June 16, 2011, Region I filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) resolving EPCRA claims against T.H. Glennon Co. Inc. (Glennon) of Salisbury, Massachusetts. Glennon specializes in colorizing mulch. This CAFO resolves EPAÂs claim that Glennon violated EPCRA by failing to submit chemical inventory forms for certain hazardous chemicals stored at its facility as required. Pursuant to the settlement, Glennon will pay $13,400.
