Region I issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order resolving violations of EPCRA Section 313 by Lamb & Ritchie Company, Inc. (Respondent). The RegionÂs complaint in this matter alleged that in 2007 and 2008, the Respondent failed to complete and submit to EPA Form Rs for lead compounds used at its Saugus, Massachusetts facility. The Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $32,200 to resolve the two violations.
