This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Ranchester for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for disinfection byproducts, failure to conduct an Initial Distribution System Evaluation in a timely manner, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
