Facility was in non-compliance with state and federal underground storage tank (UST) release detection regulations for failing to monitor tanks every 30 days, not maintaining records of release detection (RD) monitoring, and failing to use a spill prevention system. A field citaion was issued requiring owner/operator to comply with Maine DEP regulations by monitoring tanks, maintain RD records, and keeping spill buckets clean.
