The Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) relates to the Mottolo Pig Farm Superfund Site (Site), located in Raymond, New Hampshire, and is issued pursuant to Sections 106(a) and 104(e)(5) of CERCLA. The UAO requires Gillingham Road, LLC (Respondent) to refrain from installing any new residential wells and from pumping any existing wells on property owned by Respondent and located northwest of the Site. The UAO also requires Respondent to comply with institutional controls established pursuant to the Record of Decision Amendment issued by EPA on September 22, 2010. The UAO further requires Respondent to provide EPA, the State and their authorized representatives with access to the RespondentÂs property for sampling, monitoring and other necessary purposes.
