This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to L&M Optical Disc West. The violations alleged are: (1) labeling violations; (2) failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas; (3) training violations; (4) incomplete contingency plan, and; (5) no biennial report. Total penalty: $26,500.
