On December 29, 2010, Region I issued an Immediate Compliance Order under Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act to Mansfield Environmental Abatement Group, Inc. of Essex Junction, Vermont for its failure to provide EPA with notification of the renovation of the Camels Hump Middle School in Richmond. The Respondent was cited under the Asbestos NESHAP for failing to provide EPA with notification of a demolition or renovation at least ten days before work began. The order requires each Respondent to immediately comply with the Asbestos NESHAP.
