On Jan. 7, 2011, EPA referred a consent decree settling Compagnone Holdings, Inc.'s liability at the SRSNE Site, based on the company's ability to pay. On 06/01/2011 the Ability to Pay settlement was entered. It requires the settling party to pay $30,463. to a trust fund used to help fund cleanup of the Site.
