Wheeler Brothers Grain Company, L.L.C., owned or operated a beef cattle feedyard located in Watonga, Blaine County, Oklahoma. The facility is considered a Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation. The alledged violations included but are not limited to failure to install, failure to re-contour, and failure to implement, resulting in an Administrative Order (AO)being issued for violation of the Clean Water Act and requires compliance with applicable federal regulations within thirty (30) days receipt of AO. ODAFF issued a permit on 04/30/2015.
